1. General conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the owner of the Scobyfactory.com e-store (the e-store) and users (You) in relation to the services provided by Gut2Be. By viewing the pages, clicking on objects or links located on the pages of Scobyfactory.com, you agree, accept and bind yourself to these Terms and Conditions.

The specified address of "Green Guru" OOD is also considered the address to which users can send any complaints within the meaning of art. 47, para. 1, point 4 of the Consumer Protection Law.
2. About the privacy of your data
Gut2Be.com processes users' personal data in accordance with the requirements of relevant local and European legislation in the field of personal data protection.
3. Order
Each order for a product or service through the Scobyfactory.com system is associated with an obligation to pay through the chosen payment method. We accept orders 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to see the products you are buying and their prices, your name, email address (e-mail), telephone number, physical address, postal code, delivery method and of payment. After your order is complete, and if during processing we find incomplete delivery or contact information for you, we will contact the phone number or email provided to confirm the same information. In this case, your order will not be processed until we contact you and confirm the information.
Ordering a product/s through the e-store means an express agreement to conclude a distance sales contract, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

The process of initiating/starting orders is also carried out by phone at the number: +359 899 140018 (at a price according to your tariff plan with the telephone operator you use). Our opening hours for placing orders over the phone are 09:00 - 19:00 (EU time zone) Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 17:00 Saturday and Sunday, excluding public holidays or days of no-show. . To initiate a phone order, users must provide their name, email address and phone number during the call. A Scobyfactory.com representative will send an email, text message (SMS) and/or Viber message to the email address and/or phone number provided with delivery instructions with a return email or a Viber message about the order requested by the user, namely:
name, e-mail, telephone number, physical delivery address, incl. postal code, method of delivery (home or to the office of a courier that Scobyfactory.com works with), products ordered by type (including SKU number of the relevant product from the e-shop) and quantity. After receiving complete and sufficient information about the requested order, Scobyfactory.com, at its discretion and depending on the quantities available, accepts and confirms the order through a notification tracking message via email, Viber and/or SMS to the user , which contains the entire accepted order and estimated delivery date. Scobyfactory.com has the right to create a user profile in the Scobyfactory.com e-store/system with the data provided at the time and occasion of placing the order. Access data to the created profile are provided to the user upon request or with the final notification message to confirm the order accepted by Scobyfactory.com. Orders initiated by phone are paid by users in cash on delivery.
You can always contact our team at +359 899 140018 (at a price according to your tariff plan with the telephone operator you use) to get information about our products, services, to request a complaint or to check the status of an order already carried out through the Gut2Be.com System or initiated by phone.

4. Prices
All prices are in LEI with VAT included. Product prices are shown without shipping costs. Product prices with quantity discounts of the type "Price per order x units" are only valid for an online order of the corresponding quantity.

5. Problems with fulfilling orders
Although we strive to fulfill all orders accurately, the execution of your order may be prevented for any of the following reasons:
